Who should not use chemical peels?
- Have taken the oral acne medication isotretinoin (Myorisan, Claravis) in the past six months?
- Has a personal or family history of ridged areas that is caused by an overgrowth of scar tissue (keloids)
- Have pregnancy
- Have repeated or serious outbreaks of cold sores
